cao yongzhen, male, han ethnicity, is a cpc member. born in june 1962, cao began his first job in july 1983. he holds a master’s degree of business administration (mba) of xi’an jiaotong university, and is now a professoriate senior engineer. he has rich experience in power plant epc management, technical management, production management and operation management. he has won many national, provincial and ministerial honors, such as the gold medal of national excellent engineering design, the first prize of excellent engineering design in the power industry, and the first prize of national electric power science and technology progress award. cao has served as deputy secretary of the party committee and chairman of the labor union of state nuclear power technology company & shanghai nuclear engineering research and design institute co., ltd since august 2019 all the way to january 2021, and then began his position as leading adviser since then.
