wang yong, male, han ethnicity, cpc member, born in november of 1970, started his career in july of 1992. wang yong, now a researcher-level senior engineer, gained his bachelor’s degree from harbin engineering university. wang yong has rich experiences in design management of nuclear process system, construction management, intellectual property management, nuclear safety review, nuclear r&d innovation system building and technological research of advanced reactors. wang yong once joined the process system design and safety review of several different reactors, such as pakistan chashma nuclear power station, candu heavy water reactor station as well as cnp1000 and ap1000 reactors. he also took the lead in the planning, organizing and operating of passive related subject research of important specific projects. in addition, he was in charge of resources input of nuclear innovation, technological development, cooperation with outside organizations and achievements transformation. wang yong began to take the deputy director position since november of 2019.
