zhou junying, female, han ethnicity, cpc member, was born in january 1972 and started her career in july 1994. zhou holds a master’s degree in accounting from shanghai university of finance and economics. under the titles of senior accountant and senior engineer, she is also a national accounting leading (reserve) talent, china certified public accountant and national registered cost engineer. she has extensive experience in corporate financial management, investment and financing management, budget analysis, internal control system construction, project financial control, team management and other fields. since august 2019, zhou has served as the vice president and chief financial officer of state nuclear power technology company & shanghai nuclear engineering research and design institute co., ltd.
