yan yan, male, han ethnicity, born in january of 1974, started career in july of 2003. yan yan majored in engineering thermophysics discipline, and graduated from department of thermal engineering, tsinghua university with bachelor, master and doctoral degrees. yan yan has joined the construction management of ap1000 nuclear reactors, guohe one demonstration project, and he also participated the project development of large-scale thermal plants, other nuclear stations as well as new energy projects, thus gaining rich experience in project construction management and technological management closely to 20 years. yan yan began to take the position of deputy director of cpc communist party, vice president and spic nuclear power industry innovation center director since june of 2022.
